Under eye puffiness and bags that come and go There are various reasons for bags under eyes, each with its own solution.
Some puffiness under the eyes comes and goes.
This can be caused by fluid retention. This form
of under eye bags can be more noticable in the morning
because the fluids can build up while you sleep.
People with allergies or who are pre-minstrual may be more
prone to this form of eye bags.
Talk to your cosmetician about
gels and creams that are made for this
purpose. Keeping them in the
refrigerator can enhance their effect.
Fragrances and ingredients can cause
problems because your can ge allegic
to them. Discontinue right away if you
have any reaction that you consider
a problem and take them back to the
person you bought them from. They
will usually be glad to take them back
and let you exchange the product for
something else or give you your money
back.
Make-up can also help. Check in
with serveral different cosmeticans
for their solution. Watch out for
allergic reactions.
If you can, try sleeping on your back. You can try to raise
your head with pillows as this can improve the drainage of fluids
from around your eyes. Your diet can also have an effect on
eye bags. Salty and/or spicy food can make your problems worse.
Do a test on yourself and see if there are any changes in your
eye bag problem. Also try to avoid oily creams around your eyes.
